4square

April was a great month, lots of variety in my work, lots of new people, and I bought a few new toys for the studio. My favourite shoot was commissioned by Steve, who owns 4Square Garage on Columbia Rd, Malvern Garage in Moordown, and the recently acquired Bickerley Garage in Ringwood.  The reason I enjoyed this shoot was because it was a bit different for me. I specialise in people photography, with a few animals thrown in, studio product shots, and the occasional virtual tour. Being asked to photograph the garages, with licence to get creative, was great fun. It gets the old grey matter working and the creative juices flowing, plus I met a lot of very nice people who can fix my car when it next breaks.

A new arrival on the scene at the end of April was Tilly. This beautiful ginger cat appeared almost two weeks ago, and has been spending a lot of time in the garden. She's a very friendly, attractive cat, who craves a little TLC. We've been looking out for her with a bit of food and water, and have just discovered her identity from the Cats Protection. She's Tilly, a 4 year old female cat, and her previous owner no longer want's her. If you can give a lovely cat a good home, please let me know. I wish I could keep her, but my Jack Russell Terrier is not so hot on the idea. My kids have renamed her Glitter, and she happily answers to this.
