Sunny Wedding Day

What a fabulous day Barbara & Richard enjoyed on Saturday. I've not photographed a wedding in February with better weather, it was a bright, beautiful, sunny day, and so warm that the hotel guests were splashing around in the outdoor pool. It was great to meet up again with Tracy from Brideshair and Jess from Model Makeovers, they're lovely ladies and very good at what they do, I'd highly recommend them both. Barbara had chosen a wonderful dress, and I loved the button bouquet, very unique.

Richard was trying to act cool and calm, but it was all an act.

The weather was absolutely perfect for a visit to the beach.

Great speeches, a nice combination of love, warmth, humour & affection,

and of course a good serving of groom baiting from the best man.

Barbara's dress was made for dancing, and we witnessed many a twirl.

Thanks to everbody at the wedding who made it such a wonderful day, thank you to Sebastien, the FJB wedding co-ordinator, for all his help and the delicious food (commiserations to the guest who fell ill and made that food possible, but thanks, it was lovely), and a big thank you to Barbara & Richard for letting me be there. I received a email from Barbara, who viewed her wedding photos online whilst on honeymoon, and she's very pleased, so another job well done.

I'm off to Malvern tomorrow for the wedding of Natalie & Mark on Saturday. It'll be interesting to work at a new venue, and here's hoping we all enjoy another fabulous day.
